Copy of the complete application/plaint along with docu
ments is supplied to Sh. Sharma.
It appears that the present suit is one for partition and the
applicants No.2,3&4 are suing through the applicant No.1 as their
mother / natural guardian, however, there is no formal application,
moved under Order 32 CPC for appointment of the guardian. It further
appears that the SDM concerned, Preet Vihar, Delhi has already filed
a report, dated 16.11.2023, in the matter and accordingly the statement
of the applicant No.1 has to be recorded.
It also appears that the respondent No.3 has still not been
served. Let this respondent be also served on PF, RC, copies, dasti,
and also on complete address duly supported by an affidavit and
through the Court of Judicature of Ld. District Judge, Ghaziabad, UP.
Steps within a month.

Put up on 28.02.2024 for report of service, also correct
memo of the parties with clear address of the respondent No.3 and
also clear nomenclature of the respondent No.5 with correct address.
Applicant No.1 shall be present in person along with the minors and
the original documents regarding their date of birth.
Respondent No.1 and 4 want to submit their WS/reply
also documents along with list and copies are, however, also given to
Sh. Khullar.
