Present: Sh. Mool Chand, Ld. Counsel with plaintiffs.
Baby Tina, Jyoti and Master Gaurav are present and their original
Aadhar Identification Cards are shown. It is stated that Smt. Manju Kumari/
Plaintiff no. 1, is mother of the minors, present and she has no interest adverse
to those of the minors, therefore, she may be appointed as Guardian to the
minors to conduct the matter in the present suit.
Copies of the Aadhar Identification Cards, as above, are on
record, hence, Smt. Manju Kumari is allowed to conduct the proceedings as
Guardianadlitum, to the minors. The address form in triplicate is furnished.
Heard. There is an application for exemption from paying the
Court Fees on the ground that plaintiffs are indigents persons.
Notice of the application be issued to the respondents, on PF,
Copies also, copy of the address form and also to the SDM concerned for
conducting an inquiry into the means of the plaintiffs regarding their financial
capacity to pay the requisite Court Fees in this regard and submit his report on
14.03.2023 on copies of the plaint/ address form.
Respondents have liberty to submit their reply and contest the
application, in accordance with law.
