Sh. Kamal Kumar Pandey, Court Auctioneer, in
person.
It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the
Decree Holder and the Judgment Debtor that the suit property
was auctioned for a sum of Rs. 1,38,00,000/-, which is
substantially below the reserved price of Rs. 1,98,00,000/- fixed
for the said property.
In view of the aforesaid submissions, the learned
Court Auctioneer is directed to submit a detailed report regarding
the alleged irregularity in the auction conducted pursuant to the
order dated 01.07.2026.
Learned Court Auctioneer seeks some time to submit
the aforesaid report.
Time, as prayed for, is granted. In the meantime,
the Judgment Holder is at liberty to take appropriate steps in
accordance with law.
