I have perused the judicial record and considered the
submissions made by Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff.
Vide separate judgment, the suit of the plaintiff is
decreed for a sum of Rs. 11,22,334/- (rupees eleven lakh twenty
two thousand three hundred thirty four only) alongwith
pendentelite and future interest @ 12% per annum and is
disposed off accordingly. A decree sheet be drawn accordingly.
In view of Rule 1 of the order XX of the Code of
Civil Procedure as applicable in Commercial Courts, copy of the
judgment be supplied to the Ld. Counsel of the plaintiff at the
