Section 151 CPC alongwith tracking report regarding service of
defendant no. 1 through speed post and registered post is filed on
behalf of the plaintiff. Copy of reply supplied to Ld. counsel for
defendants no. 2 and 3.
Ld. counsel for defendants no. 2 and 3 submits that
he shall file his vakalatnama on behalf of the defendant no. 3
within 07 days.
No one appeared on behalf of the defendant no. 1.
Let court notice be issued to defendant no. 1 as well
as to his counsel Sh. Babar Ali, who has filed memo of
appearance on behalf of defendant no. 1 on 30.09.2024,
returnable on NDOH.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for both the parties
submit that there is possibility of settlement between the parties
and request that matter may be referred to Delhi Mediation
Centre, KKD Courts.

Accordingly, at joint request, matter is referred to
Delhi Mediation Centre, KKD Courts, Delhi for 22.02.2025 at
2:00 PM.
Put up for recording of settlement, if any/ arguments
on application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC on 19.04.2025.
In the meantime, interim order dated 27.08.2024 to
continue till the NDOH.
