None for defendant No.3 as the Ld. Counsel for
defendant No.2 submits that he is not representing the defendant No.3
as he has not been authorized by defendant No.3 to represent him in
the matter.
None for defendant No.4.
Defendant No.4 has been served through publication on
23.11.2024. However, neither anyone has appeared for or on behalf of
the defendant No.4 nor any written statement has been filed on his
behalf till date. Consequently, considering the facts detailed above, the
defendant No.4 is hereby proceeded as ex-parte.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to clarify the
court on the aspect of valuation of suit and payment of court fees in
the matter. In the meantime, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff shall move
appropriate application for amendment in the plaint. Opportunity is
granted to Ld. Counsel for plaintiff subject to cost of Rs.2,000/- to be
paid to the defendant No.2. Steps be taken within 15 days.
