holiday by High Court of Delhi and it was ordered by the High
Court that the matters listed on 03.03.2026 would be taken up on
11.04.2026.
Present: Appellant with Ld. counsel Sh. Rajat Yadav.
Md. Ikram, Ld. counsel for respondent.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for the respondent that
after the last date of hearing, sum of Rs.20,000/- has been paid by the
appellant to the respondent. However, he submitted that the appellant
is irregular in making payments and is taking the court proceedings in
a casual manner. He prayed that no leniency be shown to appellant.
Ld. counsel for appellant submitted that the appellant is
in process of arranging money to pay the same to respondent in terms
of mediation settlement. He avowed that the last date for making
payment as per mediation settlement is 25.06.2026. He requested that
the matter be adjourned to any day after 25.06.2026.
Considering the facts and cirumstances, re-list the matter
for hearing arguments (in case the settlement amount is not paid) on
01.07.2026.
Date is given as per convenience of all concerned.
No request for adjournment shall be entertained on
NDOH. TCR be retained till the NDOH.
