13.03.2026
Present: Sh.Gaurav Singh, Ld. Addl. PP for the State.
Sh. Mukesh Sharma, AR for the Complainant.
Accused Vicky is present.
Accused Rajesh is absent.
Accused Vicky submits that he does not have any identity card
and the same has been deposited in PS Vivek Vihar. He further submits that
he is in dire financial constraints and is unable to engage a lawyer and
hence, requests that a legal aid lawyer may be provided. Request is allowed.
Advocate Sh. A.K.Bali, Legal Aid Counsel (Mobile No.8368508582) who
is attached with this Court for this month, is hereby appointed as LAC in the
present matter.
Ld. LAC for accused Vicky concedes for giving notice to
accused.
Even otherwise, on the basis of allegation as contained in the
complaint coupled with the evidence and material collected during
investigation of this case, prima facie, there is sufficient ground to frame
notice for the offence punishable U/s 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003

pleaded not guilty and claimed trial.
Despite repeated calls since morning, accused Rajesh has not
appeared before the court. Therefore, it appears that the accused is
deliberately trying to evade appearance. Hence, BWs in the sum of Rs.
5,000/- be issued against the accused Rajesh through SHO PS concerned for
NDOH.
Put up for appearance of accused Rajesh/framing of
notice/further proceedings on 13.07.2026.
