status report. Copy supplied.
As per report of DUSIB, property bearing no.
11/157, Kalyan Puri, Delhi was allotted to Sh. Sher Singh vide
possession slip no. O-3044 dated 11.02.1976 and demolition slip
no. 3044 dated 10.02.1976 on license fee basis and presently the
said property is under control and management of DUSIB and is
neither saleable / transferable/ devisable nor can be sublet to any
other person in any manner.
Ld. counsel for defendant no. 1 has filed the copy of
mediation order dated 02.07.2022 stating that the plaintiff has
settled the civil suit no. 292/22 in respect of the same property
before the court of Ld. Senior Civil Judge, East and said matter
was disposed as settled in terms said mediation agreement. Copy
of said mediation settlement supplied to Ld. counsel for plaintiff.

Ld. counsel for plaintiff seeks time to apprise the
court in respect of said mediation settlement after consulting the
plaintiff.
After LDOH, affidavit of compliance under Order
XXXIX Rule 3 CPC is filed on behalf of the plaintiff on
30.01.2025.
Put up for further proceedings on 25.04.2025.
Interim order to continue till NDOH.
