Heard. It is orally submitted by the petitioner that she suffered
grievous injuries in a motor vehicular accident which occurred on
26.04.2023 within jurisdiction of PS Mayur Vihar. It is further submitted by
the petitioner that since the identity of the offending vehicle and driver
could not be ascertained, she does not want to proceed with the accident
claim case and sought permission to withdraw the accident claim case with
liberty to get it revived as and when the offending vehicle is traced. It is
further submitted that she has already given her statement before the court
of Ld. JMFC East, on 20.08.2024 for accepting untrace report in the
criminal case. In view of above, the present accident claim case
is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed for.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the petitioner, as prayed for.
File be consigned to Record Room.
