and decree of recovery of Rs.7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs)
along with pendentelite and future interest @ 6% p.a. is passed
in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant no.2. Costs of
the suit is also awarded in favour of the plaintiffs.
Further, the relief of damages is hereby declined.
