File has been taken up today on an application being
moved under Section 151 CPC for urgent hearing. Submissions have
been heard. It is stated that pre-litigation mediation was undertaken by
DLSA, East. NSR has been issued which has been placed on record.
Since NSR has been filed, the summons can be issued. The
application accordingly stands disposed off.
Issue summons for settlement of issues to the defendant
on both the addresses, by all modes including authorized courier and
SP/AD on filing of PF within a week for date fixed i.e. 06.05.2026.
Email ID and mobile number of the defendant are mentioned in the
memo of parties. Plaintiff shall forward soft copies of the plaint,
documents etc. to the email ID of the court. The date and time of
sending the email shall be noted on the PF.
Ahlmad is directed to forward the aforesaid soft copies on
the e-mail ID of Nazarat Branch at the earliest along with the

summons for settlement of issues to be served upon the defendant, on
its email ID.
