The present plaint had earlier been moved before Ld. District Judge-04, East. The plaint was returned as the dispute was commercial in nature. Order dated 29.10.2025 returning the plaint is on record. Ld. Counsel has, however, placed on record a new plaint with fresh application. The same cannot be considered. The returned plaint has also been filed and the case shall be considered on that basis. Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff states that there are subsequent events that he wises to bring on record. He also seeks ad-interim ex- -- 1 of 2 -- parte injunction. He states that he had placed the said facts in the new plaint and seeks time to move an appropriate application.
