following issues are framed:-
1) Whether Mr. Neeraj Kumar died in a motor vehicular accident
happened on 28.11.2023 at 07:45 A.M. at Khurja, Pahasu Road near
Devidham Colony, Khurja Town, Khurja, District- Bulandshahr, U.P. within
the jurisdiction of PS Khurja Nagar, District- Bulandshahr, U.P., due to rash
and negligent driving of vehicle bearing registration No. UP-81CC-0280
(Baleno Car), driven by respondent No.1/Avadhesh Kumar? (OPP)
2) Whether the petitioners are entitled to compensation on account of
said death and if yes, to what extent and from whom? (OPP)
3) Relief?
List of witnesses be filed within two weeks. Steps be taken for summoning
of the witnesses within two weeks. Copy of the affidavit be supplied in advance to counsel
