Ld. Counsel for petitioner has filed on record affidavit
qua service of summons to R2 & R3 with postal track reports. From
the same, it appears that process is already served to R1 & R2.
At this stage, it is submited by Ld. Counsel for R1 that
this is second claim petition filed on behalf of the petitioner but no
averment in this regard is made in the claim petition.
On clarification sought, Ld. Counsel for petitioner seeks
some time to apprise the Court in this regard. Petitioner is directed to
file on record copy of the earlier claim petition with memo of parties
filed there as well as the last order-sheet, in case this is the second
claim petition.
Be put up for clarification is writing on 02.01.2024.
