The matter has been settled between the parties. It is
agreed that the JD will make a payment of Rs.12,50,000/-
(Twelve Lakh Fifty Thousand) out of which Rs.1,00,000/- (One
Lakh) has already been paid to the DH before this Court on
15.10.2025 through RTGS.
It is further agreed that the remaining amount of Rs.
11,50,000/- will be paid by way of two post dated cheques drawn
on Punjab National Bank, Shakarpur, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92
one cheque bearing no.452519 for a sum of Rs.6,00,000/-(Six
Lakh) dated 31.05.2026 and another cheque is bearing
no.452520 for a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- (Five Lakh Fifty
Thousand) dated 07.07.2026 to the DH today.
In case any of the aforesaid cheques is dishonoured for
whatsoever reason and the JD fails to make the payment through
RTGS within two days thereafter, it is agreed that the DH would
be at liberty to claim the entire decretal amount along with
interest thereon.
