not wish to file replication qua WS of defendant nos.2 and 3.
Affidavits of admission-denial of documents filed
on behalf of the defendant nos.2 and 3. The same are taken on
record

pleadings, following issues are hereby framed:-
a) Whether the plaintiff is entitled for decree of
recovery of sum of Rs.1,20,00,000/-, as prayed for?

No other issue arises or pressed for.
Put up for PE on 30.07.2025. Let list of witnesses be
filed on behalf of both the parties within stipulated period and
affidavits of evidence of all plaintiff’s witnesses be filed within
four weeks from today with advance copy to Ld. Counsel for
defendant nos.2 and 3.
