However, it is submitted by Ld. Counsels for accused
persons that CD supplied to them at the time of committal
proceedings was blank.
IO seeks some time to supply copy of CCTV footage to
the accused persons in separate pen-drive.
At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. LAC for accused no.
1 that he has already filed his appointment letter through E-mail.
Put up for consideration/ arguments on the point of
charge on 28.03.2025. Fresh notice be issued to IO concerned to
remain present on date so fixed for hearing.
