Venkata Siva Krishna, Medical Officer, Central Jail No. 5, Tihar Jail, Delhi in person. This is an application seeking interim bail moved on behalf of applicant/accused Rohit @ Apple S/o Sh. Vijender Singh through Ld. Counsel. It is informed by Dr. G. Venkata Siva Krishna, Medical Officer that on 13.01.2026 applicant/accused Rohit @ Apple had made fresh complaints about abdominal pain and difficulty in urination. It is submitted that applicant/accused was taken to DDU hospital wherein he was catheterized and prescribed medications. Since, accused did not get any relief, he was sent to RML hospital for further treatment and multiple investigations were ordered by the concerned Urologist i.e. Dr. Vignesh Vivekanandam, Senior Resident. It is reported that accused is still being reviewed and closely monitored by the concerned Doctor at RML hospital as well as in the jail. In these circumstances, notice be issued to Dr. Vignesh Vivekanandam, Senior Resident, Department of Urology and Kidney Transplant at RML hospital to join the proceedings of the present case through VC, returnable for 30.01.2026 and apprise exact status of medical condition of applicant/accused Rohit @ Apple. Same be specifically endorsed on the process. Dr. G. Venkata Siva Krishna, Medical Officer, Central Jail No. 5, Tihar Jail, Delhi is also directed to join the proceedings through VC on said date i.e. 30.01.2026.
