This is an application seeking interim bail for a
period of one month moved on behalf of applicant/accused Rohit
@ Apple S/o Sh. Vijender Singh through Ld. Counsel.
Complete medical record of applicant/accused Rohit
@ Apple is brought by Dr. G. Venkata Siva Krishna, Medical
Officer, Central Jail No. 5, Tihar Jail, Delhi. While, it is admitted
by Ld. Medical Officer, that present applicant/accused is suffering
from UTI, it is stated that there is no Hematuria in his urine and
his vitals are stable. It is further reported that applicant/accused is
being regularly monitored and given appropriate treatment by the
jail dispensary.
Copy of complete medical record of
applicant/accused is supplied to his Counsel today.
In view of the report filed by Ld. Medical Officer, Ld.
Counsel for applicant/accused wishes to withdraw the present

As such, present interim bail application of
applicant/ accused Rohit @ Apple S/o Sh. Vijender Singh stands
dismissed as withdrawn.
Jail Superintendent concerned as well as SMO
concerned are though directed to ensure proper and timely medical
treatment of present applicant/ accused.
Put up on date fixed i.e. 05.02.2026 for purpose
fixed. Copy of this order be given “dasti” to Ld. Counsel for
applicant/ accused as requested.
