PF not filed in terms of previous orders.
It is submitted on behalf of management that they are ready to
make the payment of the dues of the workman, if any, however, in order to
verify that the amount being claimed by the workman is correct, they wish to
make the payment through the contractor/ management no.1.
Notice be issued to the management no. 1 through all modes
including through e-mail, speed post, RC & AD as well as by way of affixation
on filing of PF and by way of dasti for NDOH. The process server is directed
to contact the workman/ AR for the workman before proceeding to execute the
process and the workman shall accompany the process server.
Ld. Counsel/AR for the management no.2 has requested some
more time to file written statement. Same be filed within 15 days by way of
last and final opportunity with copy to opposite side. Thereafter, rejoinder be
filed with advance copy to opposite party.
Put up for appearance of management no.1 and completion of
pleadings and framing of issues on 03.05.2025.
