AR for management submits that they do not wish to file
reply to the application U/S 151 CPC and have no objection if the
application is allowed and matter is restored to its original number and
position.
In view of the judgment dated 08.07.2024 passed by Ld.
Lovleen, Addl. Sessions Judge (South-East)-03, Saket Courts, Delhi
and in view of the no objection of AR for management, the
application is allowed and the order dated 06.02.2024, whereby matter
was adjourned sine-die, is revived. Original Reference file bearing
LIR No.665/2023 is restored to its original number and position.
Present miscellaneous file bearing No.MISC DJ 952/24 be
clubbed with the main file.
Copy of statement of claim has already been supplied to
AR for management.
WS be filed within two weeks from today along with
relevant documents and list of witnesses as per Rule 10B(2) of
Industrial Disputes (Central) Rule 1957 and advance copy be supplied
to opposite party. On receiving the copy of WS, AR for workman is
directed to file replication with advance copy to opposite party.
Put up for replication, if any, admission/denial of
documents and for framing of issues on 07.07.2025.
