Pleadings are complete and on the basis of pleadings
following issues are framed in the present matter:
1. Whether the applicant is entitled for a sum of
Rs.1000/- on account of unpaid salary, leave
encashment, bonus and other dues with interest @
18% per annum as claimed under Section 33-C(2) of
the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947? OPW
2. Whether the present claim application is not
maintainable as there is no territorial jurisdiction of
this court to decide present application as claimant is
working at Noida manufacturing unit of management?

3. Whether the present application is not maintainable
under Section 33C(2) of I.D. Act, 1947 as the
contribution of Rs.2000/- was made from the salary of
the applicant to the union as per practice in vouge and
on the request of Union in writing? OPM
4. Relief.

Both the parties are directed to file list of witnesses
and evidence affidavit in terms of Rule 10B of Industrial
Disputes (Central) Rule 1957 within 15 days from today with
advance copy to each other.
