Again, time sought by Ld. AR for the management to file the
reply/calculation chart.
Record reveals that the present matter pertains to the year 2024.
Sufficient opportunities have already been granted to the management to
file reply/calculation chart. Hence, a cost of Rs.5000/- is hereby imposed
upon the management to file reply/calculation chart on the next date of
hearing failing which further cost shall be imposed.
Let notice be also issued to the concerned AO to appear in
person on the next date of hearing alongwith reply/calculation chart and
written explanation for non-filing of replies.
Copy of this order be sent alongwith the notice to AO and
acknowledgment be called from the office/MCD with regard to receipt of
the notice to concerned A.O.
