Present:- Workman in person.
Sh. Arun Yadav, proxy AR for the management.
It is submitted by the workman that he has instructions
from AR not to file the rejoinder and requests to court to frame the
issues.
On the basis of pleadings following issues are being
framed:
1. Whether the workman was illegally terminated from the
management? OPW
2. Whether the workman has continously worked wtih the
managment for about 240 days? OPM
3. Whether the workman absented from duty since 16.12.2020
despite direction of the managment to report on duty? OPM.
4. Relief.
The workman submits that he suffered serious injuries
while in the employment of management and list his leg below the
knee and suffered serious injuries on his hand.

Proxy AR is directed to be present with Sh. Rakesh Jain,
proprietor of management on NDOH for exploring the possibility of
settlement.
Put up for WE on 06.11.2024. Advance copy of affidavit
of witness be supplied to opposite party at least one week before the
NDOH.
