I am the Counsel for the workman. My Vakalatnama is Ex. A1
bearing the signatures of the workman at point A and my signatures at point
B. I have instructions from the workman to withdraw the present application
U/s 33 C(2) of ID Act with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy as per law.
The present application may accordingly be disposed off as withdrawn with
the aforesaid liberty. I as well as the workman shall remain bound by my
aforesaid statement.
