workman.
Sh. Naveen Kumar, Proxy for Sh. Prabhakar, Ld. AR for
the management.
Sh. Pawan Kumar, Labour Inspector.
Compliance report in terms of order dated 26.08.2023
filed by Labour Inspector. Same is taken on record. It is mentioned in
the report that in compliance of the abovesaid order the workman was
made to join his duty on 01.09.2023 in his presence.
The workman has already filed an application alleging that
on 02.09.2023 when he went for duty, he was not allowed to mark his
attendance and told to sit with the security guard and was not assigned
any work.
On the other hand it is submitted on behalf of management
that the management has never refused duty to the management and
that the workman is at liberty to resume his duty.
The workman shall report for his duty on 04.11.2023 at
10:00 AM. The management shall allow the workman to mark his
attendance every single day when he presents himself for duty and
shall assign him work. In case of any issue, the workman shall be at
liberty to contact labour inspector who shall resolve the same.
With these directions applications stands disposed off.
Case is fixed for workman's evidence.
Adjournment sought by Ld. AR for the workman stating
that evidence by way of affidavit of workman is still not ready.
In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is granted

to the workman to lead his evidence.
Put up for workman's evidence on 01.02.2024. Copy of
order be given dasti to the workman, as requested.
