Present : Workman in person alongwith his AR Sh. Jai Narain.
Sh. Prabhakar, Ld. AR for management.
Matter was listed for entire management’s evidence,
however, the management has once again failed to take steps in terms
of order dated 19.09.2024. It is submitted by Ld. AR for management
that the management does not wish to examine any witness in support
of its case.
Signatures of AR for management as an acknowledgment
of the aforesaid submission are obtained on the margin of the order
sheet.
In view of the aforesaid submission, management’s
evidence is hereby closed.
The management has failed to deposit the cost in terms of
order dated 05.11.2024 with DLSA Central within the stipulated
period and the AR of management submits that he will not be able to
deposit the cost even today and some more time may be given to him
to deposit the cost.
Considering the previous conduct of the management, no
grounds are made out for grant of any further opportunity to the
management to deposit the aforesaid cost. Right of management to
further participate in the proceedings of the present case is thus hereby
closed on account of non payment of cost.
Put up for final arguments on 10.02.2025.
In the meantime, both the parties are directed to provide
their respective details in compliance of directions of Hon’ble High
Court of Delhi in case titled as
Director General of Works (CPWD)

Vs. Laljeet Yadav & Ors. W.P.(C) No.2540-2021, DOD 16.07.2021,
if the same are already not provided on record. Details to be provided
by the workman are as follows:-
(i). Permanent Address of the workman.
(ii). Any other address of workman.
(iii). Name and Mobile Number of A.R. for workman.
(iv). Details of one of immediate family member of
the workman.
(v). Aadhar Card and Phone Number of workman.
Details to be provided by the management are as follows:-
(i). complete details of the authorized representative
of the Management including his mobile number
(ii). Email address of the Management.
