Reply / calculation chart filed on behalf of the
management is kept for consideration.
From the court record, copy of reply / calculation
chart supplied to AR of the claimant/ workman.
In the reply / calculation chart, the management has
admitted dues of arrears in sum of Rs.4,12,502/- (Rupees four
lacs twelve thousand five hundred and two only).
AR of claimant / workman submits that the
calculated / admitted amount by the management is acceptable to
the claimant / workman. He has prayed to dispose off the
application of the claimant / workman in terms of calculation
chart and admitted amount by the management with direction to
pay the same.
Statement of AR of claimant / workman is recorded
separately to this effect.
In view of statement of AR of the claimant /
workman, the application under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial
Disputes Act, 1947 is disposed off in terms of admission and
computation of liability by the management.

calculated / computed amount to the claimant / workman as per
law.
