Present: Sh. Neeraj Sharma – One of the ARs of DH has

Heard. File perused.
Perusal of file shows that the present execution
petition has been filed for the execution of Award dated
11.12.2023 passed by ld. Predecessor of this Court. It is
submitted by ld. AR of DH that the premises of JD namely M/s.
Integ Electronics is situated within the territorial jurisdiction of
South-East District, Saket. He has prayed for transferring the
present Execution Petition to the South-East District, Saket
Court.
Let the file be placed before the Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge-com-Special Judge (PC Act) (CBI),
Rouse Avenue Courts, New Delhi with the request to transfer the
same to appropriate Court of District South-East District, Saket,
New Delhi.
The DH/workman is directed to appear accordingly
