Present: Applicant/workman in person.
Sh. Shailender Kumar, AR for applicant/workman via
VC.
Applicant/workman had filed an application u/s 11 of ID Act
for recalling order dated 17.08.2023 of Ld. predecessor of this Court vide
which the main case received by way of reference, was adjourned sine-die
with the liberty to applicant/workman to revive the same as and when the
fresh address of management/respondent is traced out.
The applicant/workman had reiterated vide its affidavit dated
02.04.2026 that the management/respondent has its registered office at 2,
Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi-1100001 and alongwith its affidavit,
applicant/workman has filed print out of the screen-shot of Economic Times
dated 13.02.2024 as well as the Master Data of the management company
obtained from website of Ministry of Corporate Affairs/ROC in support of
its submissions.
Additionally, applicant/workman has mentioned in its
aforesaid affidavit that the registered email address of the management as
per its Master data available with ROC, MOCA, is of afourimpex@
gmail.com.
In view of the submissions of AR of applicant/workman as
well as in view of affidavit of applicant/workman, this Court deems it fit to
issue fresh notice of the application u/s 11 of ID Act of workman to the
management/respondent at its stated corporate address of 2, Tollstoy Marg,
New Delhi which is also the address of its Directors Sh. Ashwani Nagrath
and Sh. Aman Nagrath, both R/o 2, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi.
Additionally, let notice of the present application be also
served on management through electronic mode at its registered corporate
email address i.e. afourimpex@ gmail.com, through Nazarat Branch, as per
law, returnable for 15.09.2026.
