Present: Workman in person.
Ms. Monika Nagi, Proxy AR for the workman via VC.
Application u/o 5 Rule 20 r/w Section 151 CPC was filed on
behalf of workman for substituted service on the management no.1 and
same is taken on record today.
Perusal of record shows that application of the workman u/s
11 of ID Act of recalling order dated 17.08.2023 of Ld. Predecessor of this
Court is pending and apparently the workman has prayed for substituted
service on management no.1 at the same previous address on which he had
remained unserved and the matter was adjourned sine-die vide order dated
17.08.2023 as the workman had failed to file the fresh address of
management despite directions of Ld. Predecessor of this Court.
Workman has prayed for adjournment as his AR has not
appeared before the Court due to some personal difficulty as his father has
to undergo surgery.
Matter be put up for consideration on 27.11.2025, on
application of the workman for recall of order dated 17.08.2023 as the
workman has yet not filed fresh address of the management and is seeking
substituted service on its previous address.
