Matter is listed for scrutiny of documents.
It is submitted by Ld. counsels for the accused
persons that the copy supplied to them is complete in all sense.
Section 207 Cr PC thus stands complied with qua both the
accused persons.
Now to come up for arguments on charge on
30.10.2026.
HIO/IO is directed to file a small brief not exceeding
two pages stating the role of each of the accused persons and
mentioning the relevant evidence on judicial file against each of
them.
Accused persons are also at liberty to file arguments
on discharge, if any, in written format not exceeding two pages
on or before NDOH.

It is impressed upon all the parties that they may not
reiterate the facts of the present case or reproduce paragraphs of
any citations/judgments in their written arguments and instead
only focus upon the grounds of their discharge, if any and simply
mention the title of the relevant document, page number/name of
the relevant witness and/or only mention the name of the
judgment/citation and the corresponding para numbers of the said
judgment/ citation in support of their arguments to allow this
court to review the arguments on charge in a concise manner.
At this stage, an application seeking supply of copy
of unrelied documents has been moved on behalf of A-1. Copy
supplied to the prosecution. Put up for reply and arguments on
NDOH i.e. 30.10.2026.
