Ld. Counsel for accused Himanshu submitted that
though copy of the challan has been supplied, however, some
documents are not legible and he had accordingly moved
separate application in this regard. Similar application has been
moved on behalf of accused Sahil Pal.
IO has brought three CDs containing the documents
as sought in the application.
Same be released to the accused Himanshu against
endorsement on the last order-sheet.
IO has further submitted that she has brought the
complete documents but opposite counsel did not receive the
same. Perusal of order sheet dated 30.05.2024 shows that it was

mentioned by Ld. APP that hard copy of the documents could be
provided to the applicant therein i.e. Sahil pal, however, the Ld.
Counsel for the accused Sahil Pal was not in a position to tally
the documents on that day. Thereafter, it is clear from order sheet
dated 18.07.2024 that Ld. Counsel on behalf of accused Sahil Pal
was directed to bring the documents as well as CD on NDOH for
the purpose of comparison, however, thereafter no comparison as
such has been made.
Let CD as well as documents already provided be
brought on behalf of the accused Sahil pal for the purpose of
comparison.
IO is also directed to bring the complete set of
documents which are not provided to accused Sahil Pal on
NDOH.
IO has further submitted that she has brought the
CD with regard to illegible documents which were highlighted on
behalf of accused Ashish Bambani.
Same is released to the accused Ashish Bambani
against endorsement on last order-sheet.
IO has also placed on record CD for compliance of
Section 207 CrPC with regard to accused Sahil pal. Same is
taken on record and be released to the accused Sahil Pal on or
before NDOH.
At this stage, IO has further submitted that she was
not supplied with the copy of the application for providing
legible documents on behalf of accused Himanshu. Copy
supplied today by Ld. Counsel for the accused.

Let remaining documents, if not provided, be
provided by the IO in hard copy or soft copy to the accused
Himanshu.
Be put up for scrutiny of documents and arguments
on charge on 05.02.2025.
