Matter is listed today for reply/arguments on the
application filed on behalf of applicant/accused Sahil Pal to seek
the indulgence of this court to issue appropriate directions to the
investigating officer to provide the pending relied upon
documents and also the unrelied/not relied upon documents in the
charge-sheet dated 23.09.2023 so filed in the aforesaid FIR.
Reply has been filed by CBI/prosecution to the
abovesaid application. Copy of the same has been supplied to Ld.
counsel for accused/applicant. Alongwith the reply, the
prosecution has filed a list of unrelied documents annexed as
Annexure 'A'.
The Ld. counsel for the accused submits that in the
reply, in para no. 3, the IO has admitted that several documents
were not supplied to the accused. He further submits that the
response of the IO should come on record. The IO, on the other

hand, submits that all the documents were supplied to the
accused in soft copies but a few documents could not be supplied
in hard copies as their print outs were not legible.
The Ld. APP submits that hard copies of the
documents can be provided to the applicant today. However, the
Ld. counsel for the applicant that he will not be in a position to
tally the documents today and the same may be provided on the
NDOH.
