on the bail applications have been heard on behalf of parties.

Applicants/accused persons namely Himanshu @
Rinku Asija and Ashish Bhambani were not arrested during the
investigation and the present chargesheet has been filed without
arresting them. Moreover, applicants/accused persons namely

Himanshu @ Rinku Asija and Ashish Bhambani have
appeared before this court on 04.11.2023, for which the summons
were issued vide order dated 20.10.2023. Applicants/accused
persons namely Himanshu @ Rinku Asija and Ashish
Bhambani have been able to show their bonafide by appearing
before this court. Investigation is complete and trial is going to
take considerable time. Hence, no purpose would be served by
remanding the applicants/accused persons namely Himanshu @
Rinku Asija and Ashish Bhambani to JC at this stage.
Therefore, in view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances,
applicants/accused persons namely Himanshu @ Rinku Asija
and Ashish Bhambani are admitted to bail on furnishing of their
personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of
like amount. Bail applications stands disposed off. Bail bond
on behalf of accused Himanshu @ Rinku Asija has been
furnished. Same are considered and accepted. Original respective
FDRs (one for each surety) be retained on record. Concerned
banks be intimated accordingly. Bail bond on behalf of accused
Ashish Bhambani has not been furnished. Time sought. Le the
same be furnished on the NDOH without fail.
It has been submitted by the Ld. Counsels that they
would move appropriate applications u/s 207 CrPC on or before
the NDOH. Heard.
