The Ld. APP submits that the charge-sheet along with
accompanying documents were supplied to the accused in a CD. It is
further submitted that hard copies of the charge-sheet and
accompanying documents, except document D-16, D-17, D-19, D-20
and D-27, were also supplied to the accused/applicant. He further
submitted that since hard copies of the documents of which hard
copies have not been supplied to the accused/applicant Sahil Pal were
not very clear, efforts were made to obtain clearer copies. However,
the clearer copies could not be prepared. It is submitted that the hard
copies of these documents which are filed in the court are clear.
The Ld. Counsel for the accused/applicant Sahil pal shall
bring the documents as well as the CD on the next date of hearing for
comparison.
Put up on 19.10.2024 for consideration on the
application u/s 207 CrPC.
