In its reply the prosecution states that all the documents have already been supplied and further more that in compliance of the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Writ (Crl) No. (S)1/2017, SIT/State is supplying the list of other materials (copy enclosed) to the accused. Upon being asked the Ld. Addl. PP for the state once again submits that all the incriminating material against the accused has already been supplied and thus the aforementioned order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court has sufficiently been complied. -- 1 of 2 -- Cr.C.No.10/2022 DLCT 12 0000702022 FIR No.227/92 FIR No.264/92 State Vs. Sajjan Kumar : 2 : Ld. Defence Counsel submits that the prosecution is trying to withhold the important documents and same is prejudicial to the trial of the accused. In response, Ld. Addl. PP has denied allegation and has stated once again that all the relevant documents have already been supplied. Ld. Defence Counsel prays that further opportunity may be given to him to file a rejoinder to the application u/s 207 Cr.PC and certain time is sought to go through the list of documents supplied today. Whereas, this court finds no reason to allow the opportunity to file rejoinder qua the application u/s 207 Cr.PC.; the request of the defence to seek time to scrutinize the documents, supplied previously and supplied today, is meritorious and is thus allowed. Matter be put up for further proceedings on 16.08.2022 at 11:30 a.m. Date and time is given at the specific request of Ld. Defence Counsel.
