It is submitted by Sh. Gaurav Singh, Ld. Additional PP that in
the aforementioned two FIRs i.e. no. 227/92 PS Janak Puri and FIR
No.264/92 PS Vikas Puri, upon investigation common police report has
been filed because the incidents mentioned therein are forming the part
of same transaction and the both FIRs originated from the same affidavit
of Sh. Harvinder Singh and details of which have already been
mentioned in the charge sheet. The area where the incident happened was
commonly falling into the territorial jurisdiction of PS Janak Puri in the
year 1984 however, later on reassignment, a part of the said territory was
carved out to form PS Vikas Puri.
Submission heard, taken on record.
On the basis of material available on record, I take cognizance
of the offences committed U/s 147/148/149/153A/295/436/395/307/
302/120B IPC.

It is submitted by IO/ACP Anil Kumar that accused Sajjan
Kumar is presently in jail in case FIR No.416/84 PS Delhi Cantt re
registered by CBI as Case RC24(S)/2005SCU.I/SCR as well as in the
present FIRs i.e. FIR No. 227/92 PS Janak Puri and FIR No.264/92 PS
Vikas Puri.
In view of the same, let production warrant be issued against
accused Sajjan Kumar for 13.07.2022.
At request, copy of the order given dasti to the IO.
