Accused/applicant Ashutosh Mahindru was not arrested during the investigation; cognizance already taken; bail bonds u/s 88 CrPC have also been furnished; no purpose would be served by detaining the accused in custody at this stage. Accordingly accused/applicant Ashutosh Mahindru is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in like amount subject to following conditions:- 1. The accused shall not influence the witness nor temper the evidence and shall appear before the court on each and every date of hearing. 2. The accused shall not leave the country without prior permission of the court. Accused has furnished requisite personal and -- 1 of 2 -- surety bond. Same are accepted. Original RC be retained.
