Perused the order dated 13.03.2023 passed by Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (PC Act),
CBI, RADC, New Delhi wherein it is observed that there is no
incriminating material/evidence have been found attracting an
element of demand of illegal gratification or unlawful loss or
unlawful gain against or done by any of the public official and
has accepted the final report submitted by the IO and as non of
the provisions of PC Act are attracted in the case, only offences
remained under IPC which are triable by the Magistrate, the file
has been sent to this Court for further proceedings as per law.
Accordingly, the present case file is assigned to
Sh. Deepak Kumar-II, Ld. ACMM-02, RADC, New Delhi for
proceeding further as per law.
