This is an application received from Bail and
Filing Section, RACC, New Delhi, filed on behalf of
accused/applicant for grant of Bail to applicant/accused no.
3 Ashutosh Mahindru. Copy of the same has been supplied
to CBI/prosecution.
Arguments heard.
Accused/applicant Ashutosh Mahindru was not
arrested during the investigation; cognizance already taken;
bail bonds u/s 88 CrPC have also been furnished; no
purpose would be served by detaining the accused in
custody at this stage. Accordingly accused/applicant
Ashutosh Mahindru is admitted to bail on furnishing
personal bond in sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in like
amount subject to following conditions:-
1. The accused shall not influence the witness nor temper
the evidence and shall appear before the court on each and
every date of hearing.
2. The accused shall not leave the country without prior
permission of the court.
Accused has furnished requisite personal and

Robkar be issued.
Accordingly, present application stands
disposed of.
