Liquidator that liquidation proceedings have already been completed
and sent to NCLT for final order but final order has not been passed
till date. He is directed to apprise the court about the order of NCLT, if
any, on NDOH.
Issue notice to HIO to appear in person for supplying of
list of unrelied documents to Ld. counsels for all the accused persons
on the NDOH.
