Accused/applicant Devender Kumar @
Devender Aggarwal was not arrested during the
investigation; chargesheet has already been filed; no
purpose will be served by detaining the accused in custody
at this stage. Accordingly, accused/applicant Devender
Kumar @ Devender Aggarwal is admitted to bail on
furnishing personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with
one surety in the like amount subject to the following
conditions:
1. The accused will cooperate in further
investigation, as and when directed by the IO.
2. Accused shall not influence the witness and
appear before the court as and when directed.
3. The accused shall not leave India without
prior permission of the court.
Requisite personal and surety bonds furnish.

Ld. Counsel for the accused/applicant submits that the FDR
of the surety is already on record as it was furnished at the
time of furnishing bonds u/s 88 CrPC. At request, the said
FDR is kept on record for the purpose of present surety
bonds.
The application is accordingly disposed of.
