The IO has filed the compliance report with respect
to furnish the copies of the original as well as supplementary
charge sheet to the Advocate for accused Amar Chand Gupta,
Ram Lal Gupta and Raj Kumar Gupta. It has been informed by
the Ld. counsel for accused Amar Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta

and Raj Kumar Gupta that they have received copy of the charge-
sheet and documents in a CD. Since the documents are
voluminous, they are in the process of scrutinizing the documents
and if any deficiency is found, application under section 207
CrPC shall be moved.
Ld. counsel for accused Krishan Kumar submits that
the application under section 207 CrPC shall be filed today. Ld.
APP seeks some more time to go through the report of notices
issued to accused no. 6, 7 and 8 company.
Ld. APP submits that the Directors of accused no. 6,
7 and 8 companies are already accused in this case and hence,
they must represent the companies. The Ld. counsel appearing on
behalf of accused Amar Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta and Raj
Kumar Gupta submit that there is not Board Resolution
authorizing the accused to represent these companies.
