Present: None.
Vide this order I shall dispose off an application filed on behalf
of applicant/accused Deepak Bansal seeking grant of bail. Reply to the
application has also been filed by CBI/Prosecution. Copy supplied.
Arguments on the bail application have been heard. I have
perused the record including the instant application.
Accused person/applicant Deepak Bansal was not arrested
during the investigation and the present chargesheet has been filed without
arresting him. Moreover, accused /applicant Deepak Bansal has appeared
before this court on issuance of summons which was issued vide order dated
24.01.2023. Investigation is complete and trial is going to take considerable
time. Hence, no purpose would be served by remanding the
applicant/accused Deepak Bansal to JC at this stage. Therefore, in view of
the aforesaid facts and circumstances, applicant/accused Deepak Bansal is
admitted to bail on furnishing of his personal bond in the sum of Rs.
1,00,000/- with one surety of like amount. Bail application stands disposed
off. Bail bonds not furnished. Time sought. Be furnished on the NDOH.
To come up on the date already fixed i.e. on 15.09.2023.
