Substitute PP for the CBI. ASI Satya Narain, CBI, STB on behalf of IO person. Proceedings against accused Krishan Kumar has already been abated vide order dated 16.11.2024. Accused Amar Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta, Deepak Bansal and Raj Kumar Gupta through VC. Sh. Raghav Luthra, Ld. counsel for accused Amar Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta and Raj Kumar Gupta through VC. Sh. Shubham Pandey, Ld. proxy counsel for accused Deepak Bansal. None on behalf of accused companies namely M/s Gagan Pulses Pvt. Ltd, M/s Deluxe Cold Storage and Food Processors Ltd, M/s Shree Bankey Behari Exports Ltd and M/s Shree Nathjee Roller Flour Mills Ltd. Matter is fixed regarding status of accused companies namely M/s Gagan Pulses Pvt. Ltd (A-1), M/s Deluxe Cold Storage & Food Processors Ltd (A-6), M/s Shree Bankey Behari Exports Ltd (A-7) and M/s Shree Nathjee Roller Flour Mills Ltd.(A-8). Status report was filed by the IO/HIO on LDOH as per which the Directors of the above said companies are already arrayed as accused persons in the present case. It is further stated -- 1 of 2 -- :: 2 :: that liquidation proceedings have already been initiated against M/s Shree Bankey Behari Exports Ltd (A-7). Further, report has been received in connected matter that liquidation proceedings have been initiated against M/s Shree Nathjee Roller Flour Mills Ltd.(A-8). In such circumstances, issue notice to the liquidator/ RP of M/s Shree Bankey Behari Exports Ltd (A-7) and M/s Shree Nathjee Roller Flour Mills Ltd.(A-8) for NDOH. Further, in regards to A1 and A-6, issue fresh summons to the companies on their last known address available with ROC through IO/HIO concerned for NDOH. Matter is otherwise listed for scrutiny of documents on behalf of A-2 to A-5. Copy of charge-Sheet has been supplied to the accused persons on 11.07.2026. However till date, no application seeking copy of any deficient document has been filed. One final opportunity is granted in this regard to A-2 to A-5 for 08.10.2026. It is clarified that in case no application seeking supply of deficient documents is filed by accused persons before the NDOH, it shall be assumed that the copy supplied is complete in all sense.
