Ld. counsel for accused Deepak Bansal submits that
the documents provided to the accused are complete in all
respect. Ld. counsel submits that a list of unrelied documents
may be provided. Ld. APP submits that the same shall be
provided on the NDOH.
Ld. counsel for remaining accused persons seeks
further time for filing application under Section 207 CrPC
seeking deficient documents. Record reveals that more than two
months have already been given for this purpose. In the interest
of justice, one more opportunity is given.
