It has been submitted by Ld. counsel for accused
Deepak Bansal that in terms of last order, the supplementary
charge sheet in the soft copy has been supplied to him by the IO.
In this regard, IO has filed a compliance report.

At this stage, it has been submitted by Ld. counsel
for accused Amar Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta and Raj Kumar
Gupta that they have not been supplied with the soft copies of the
supplementary charge sheet and relied upon documents. Heard.
IO is directed to supply the same to Ld. counsel and apprise
this court on the NDOH.
At this stage, it has been submitted by Ld. counsel
for accused Krishan Kumar that some more time is required for
filing the application under section 207 CrPC as documents are
still under scrutiny as they are voluminous in nature. Let the
application be filed without fail on or before the NDOH.
Heard and considered.
Court notices issued to the accused no. 6, 7 and 8
companies received back duly served. However, none has
appeared on behalf of the accused companies. Considering the
fact that the Ld. conducting APP is on leave today, hence, the
reports so received today shall be considered on the NDOH.
In terms of last order, IO has filed on record the list
of unrelied upon documents. Perused. Copies thereof stands
supplied to Ld. counsels for the accused persons.
