Matter is listed today for consideration on the
application filed under section 207 CrPC on behalf accused
Deepak Bansal/verification of bail bond furnished on behalf of
accused Krishan Kumar/scrutiny/further proceedings.
In terms of last order, verification report in respect
of the FDRs furnished on behalf of accused Krishan Kumar has
not been filed. Time sought. Let the same be filed without fail
on the NDOH. Till then, bail bonds are accepted.
At this stage, it has been submitted by Ld. counsel
for accused Deepak Bansal that the documents supplied to him

on the LDOH in response to his application filed under section
207 CrPC purportedly does not pertains to this case. Heard. Let
court notice be issued to IO to appear in person and explain
on the NDOH.
On being enquired, Ld. counsel for accused persons
namely Amar Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta, Raj Kumar Gupta
and Krishan Kumar submitted that they intend to file applications
under section 207 CrPC. Heard and considered. Let the same be
filed without fail on the NDOH.
Ld. counsel for accused persons namely Amar
Chand Gupta, Ram Lal Gupta and Raj Kumar Gupta submits that
in terms of order dated 23.09.2023, Ld. main counsel would
apprise this court about the representation of accused companies
on the next date of hearing.
